The Ask Data Science website located at https://ask.ghassem.com is a copyrighted work belonging to Sina Media Lab Inc. Certain features of the Site may be subject to additional guidelines, terms, or rules, which will be posted on the Site in connection with such features.

Account Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to open an Ask Data Science! account.
You are solely responsible for protecting your own account password and other account information.
You cannot use Ask Data Science! to steal copyrighted content, and Ask Data Science! is not responsible for the contents sent by users. Report issues if you see them.
Do not use Ask Data Science! if you do not agree to these Terms of Use.

All additional terms, guidelines, and rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms. By logging into the Site, you agree to these legally binding terms and represent that you have the authority to enter into them. You should be at least 18 years old to access the Site.

Access to the Site

Subject to these Terms, the Company grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to access the Site solely for personal, noncommercial use.

Certain Restrictions

You shall not sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, host, or otherwise commercially exploit the Site.
You shall not change, make derivative works of, disassemble, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Site.
You shall not access the Site to build a similar or competitive website.

The Company reserves the right to change, suspend, or cease the Site without notice and is not liable for any interruption or termination.

User Content refers to any information or content submitted by users. Users are responsible for their content and any risks associated.

User Content must not violate the Acceptable Use Policy.
You grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free license to use your User Content in connection with the Site.
The Company may remove or modify User Content at its discretion.

Acceptable Use Policy

Upload or distribute content that violates rights, is unlawful, harmful, obscene, or abusive.
Upload software intended to damage systems, or send unsolicited communications.
Harvest information about other users without consent.
Interfere with the Site or attempt unauthorized access.
Use automated scripts to create multiple accounts or queries.

The Company may review and take action against violations of this policy, including account termination.

Third-Party Links & Ads; Other Users

The Site may contain links and ads from third parties. The Company is not responsible for third-party content. Use caution when interacting with third-party links and ads.

Other users are responsible for their own content. The Company is not liable for any interactions or disputes between users.

Cookies and Web Beacons

The Site uses cookies to enhance user experience. Google DoubleClick DART cookies may be used for advertising. Users may opt-out via Google's privacy policy.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as-is" and "as available." The Company disclaims all warranties. Liability for damages is limited to $50.

Term and Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate access at any time. Certain sections of these Terms survive termination, including User Content and arbitration clauses.

Copyright Policy

If you believe content infringes your copyright, submit a written notification to the Company's Copyright Agent with the required information as per 17 U.S.C. § 512(c).

General

Terms may be revised periodically. Continued use indicates agreement to updates. Communications may be electronic, which satisfies legal requirements.

Dispute Resolution / Arbitration

All disputes must be resolved via binding arbitration under the terms outlined in the full agreement. Jury trials and class actions are waived.

Export Compliance

The Site may be subject to U.S. export laws and other countries' regulations. You agree not to export technical data or products in violation of applicable laws.
