User-centered design is a design process in which the user is the primary focus. It mainly involves thinking from the user’s perspective and how the application will behave when the user interacts with it. UI that does not focus on users creates a unfamiliar user experience that can hinder the success of the product, knowing who the user is and what problem the product is trying to solve plays a major role towards the overall product experience.
